– Mbappe has named Chelsea star N’golo Kante as one key player he would like to play with at PSG next season
– The 19-year-old believes his compatriot will add immense value to their team should he agree to join them
– He joined the Parisians on loan last summer from Monaco and he has won his second French League title in the space of two seasons but with different clubs, same as Kante
France international Kylian Mbappe has urged Paris Saint Germain to go after Chelsea midfielder N’golo Kante this summer according to Tribal Football.
The 27-year-old has been impressive for the Blues since he joined them from Leicester City in the summer of 2016, shortly after winning the league title with the Foxes.
Having joined the Stamford Bridge outfit a season later, he provided enough cover for Antonio Conte’s defenders, as they went ahead to win the EPL at the end of the 2016-17 season.
And the 19-year-old forward believes his countryman has the quality and expertise for them to excel in all competitions considering his antecedents.
PSG suffered a 5-2 defeat to Real Madrid in the second round of this year’s Champions League tourney but Mbappe claims Kante is the missing puzzle in their team.
“It has to be Kanté, according to our needs and also the quality of the player,” Mbappe replied when asked who he’d like PSG to sign.
“I think he’s a player who would suit our team perfectly. He is French, to bring back a French for the attractiveness of our Championship it would be good.
“I think all the French fans like N’Golo Kanté, and it would be a pleasure to find him in our Championship.”
The Monaco player on loan at the Parc Des Princes outfit has scored 13 goals in 23 matches for the Parisians since he joined them last summer.
He completes the attacking trio of Edisson Cavani and Brazil superstar Neymar and he has won the French Ligue title and Coupe de la Ligue this term.
Meanwhile, this will be his second league title having won the silverware with his parent club, Monaco last season.
