It is common to see people hawking on the streets everywhere in Nigeria in other to make ends meet. It is also common to see children from as little as age five and above hawking on the streets.

Despite the fact that this seems unfair to the child that is forced tro hawk on the streets, many overlook it due to the fact that might be the only way for parents to provide for their children.

However, this should not stop a child from receiving proper education or rest when he/she is supposed to. A Nigerian man bothered by this issue has cried out on social media after he found a child hawking around 10 pm.
