From two crutches I’m using one now, that’s progress – Singer Djinee says as he celebrates recovery

– Nigerian veteran musician, Djinee, was recently involved in a ghastly car accident

– The motor crash affected his legs and he was unable to walk without help for sometime

– However, the singer has recorded progress and can now move around with the aid of just one crutch compared to the two he started with

Talented Nigerian musician, Djinee, recently made the news after he was involved in a ghastly motor accident that almost claimed his life.

The Ego star sustained serious injuries and was bedridden for a while. However, the singer has made some commendable progress with his health and he took to social media to showcase it.

Djinee took to his social media pages to reveal that he can now move around with just one crutch compared to the two he started with.

The obviously happy singer posted a video to that effect and accompanied it with a caption.

He wrote:

“Day 46 – Yay!!! So today I graduated from using two crutches to using just one. A big leap from about 6+ weeks ago when I was fighting for my life.

“One thing you learn in situations like this is to celebrate every step no matter how little and maybe mundane to a lot of people.”

Friends and fans of the star are happy to see that he is getting better and wish him total recovery.

According to a post by his close friend Abinibi, the accident happened somewhere in Lekki but Djinee had been rushed to the hospital and was responding to treatment. He also asked people to keep Djinee in their prayers.

“My friend @djinee was involved in a ghastly accident Monday morning around 1am somewhere in Lekki. It’s a miracle he survived! He’s currently receiving treatment and recovering accordingly. Please keep him in your prayers. His phones lines are not available at the moment but you can reach me if it’s important.”
